Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Create design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across web and mobile platforms
- Conduct user interviews, surveys, and A/B testing to validate design solutions
- Present design rationale to stakeholders through compelling documentation and presentations
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure seamless implementation
- Analyze user behavior data to identify optimization opportunities
- Mentor junior designers and promote design best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing complex B2B products
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards
- Experience conducting user research and translating insights into actionable designs
- Ability to work effectively in agile environments and manage competing priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Knowledge of front-end development fundamentals and design system implementation
