Responsibilities
- Execute user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing for enterprise applications
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define design systems and UI components
- Develop high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes in Figma/Sketch
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Mentor junior designers and champion user-centered design principles
- Analyze user behavior data to inform design decisions
- Conduct competitive audits and industry trend research
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing complex B2B products
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Expertise in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, testing)
- Strong understanding of design systems and component libraries
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field
- Experience working in agile development environments
- Portfolio demonstrating problem-solving through design
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
