Responsibilities
- Lead user research, persona development, and journey mapping for complex B2B SaaS platforms
- Create high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and design systems using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct usability testing and data analysis to iterate on design solutions
- Mentor junior designers and champion design best practices across the organization
- Present design rationale to C-level stakeholders and executive leadership
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure seamless implementation
- Develop accessibility-compliant designs meeting WCAG 2.1 standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with portfolio demonstrating complex enterprise solutions
- Expertise in user research methodologies and quantitative/qualitative analysis
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of responsive design, interaction patterns, and design systems
- Experience in healthcare or fintech UX design highly preferred
- BS/MS in HCI, Design, or related field or equivalent professional experience
- Certified Professional in UX (CUXP) or similar designation a plus
