Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Develop design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across digital products
- Conduct stakeholder workshops and present design solutions to executive leadership
- Analyze user behavior data to identify pain points and drive design improvements
- Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of design excellence
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver pixel-perfect implementations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with portfolio demonstrating complex B2B product work
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user research methodologies and information architecture
- Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design principles
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into elegant user experiences
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
