Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from research to implementation
- Conduct user interviews, persona development, and usability testing
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and design systems using Figma
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver pixel-perfect solutions
- Analyze user data to iterate and optimize product experiences
- Present design strategies to stakeholders and executive leadership
- Mentor junior designers and champion design best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with B2B SaaS products
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving
- Proficiency in user research methodologies and analytics
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript fundamentals
- Experience leading design sprints and cross-functional workshops
- Ability to translate business goals into intuitive user experiences
- BS/MS in Design, HCI, or related field preferred
