We're seeking a passionate designer who thrives in collaborative environments and has a portfolio demonstrating exceptional UX/UI skills. You'll work on high-impact projects across mobile, web, and emerging platforms while mentoring junior designers and advocating for user needs at every stage of development.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including research, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define design requirements
- Develop design systems and ensure consistency across digital products
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions
- Create high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and design specifications
- Mentor junior designers and conduct design critiques
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Expertise in user research methodologies including surveys, interviews, and usability testing
- Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design
- Experience with agile development processes and design collaboration tools
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
