Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Develop design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across digital products
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design solutions
- Conduct stakeholder presentations and articulate design decisions
- Analyze user behavior data to iterate on design improvements
- Mentor junior designers and foster a collaborative design culture
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex B2B solutions
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience conducting user interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences
