We're seeking a visionary designer with a portfolio demonstrating exceptional user-centered design principles. You'll collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to solve complex problems while maintaining a relentless focus on user needs.
Responsibilities
- Lead user research, persona development, and journey mapping for enterprise-level products
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on quantitative and qualitative feedback
- Develop and maintain design systems ensuring consistency across digital platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design with business objectives
- Mentor junior designers and conduct design critiques to elevate team output
- Present design rationale to executive stakeholders and advocate for user needs
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing 3+ enterprise projects
- Expertise in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive user flows
- Portfolio demonstrating problem-solving and business impact
