Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Develop design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across digital platforms
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design solutions that balance user needs with business goals
- Conduct user interviews and data analysis to identify pain points and improvement opportunities
- Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Mentor junior designers and facilitate design workshops with stakeholders
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging UX technologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Expertise in design tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping software
- Strong understanding of user research methodologies and information architecture principles
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences
- Experience working in agile development environments with Jira and Confluence
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- Portfolio demonstrating measurable impact on user engagement and conversion rates
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders
