Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end UX design process, from research and wireframing to prototyping and high-fidelity visual design.
- Conduct user research, including interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis, to validate design decisions and uncover user needs.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes using industry-standard tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch).
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into seamless user journeys.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to the evolution of our design system and best practices.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
- Drive A/B testing initiatives and iterate on designs based on quantitative and qualitative data.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably within the tech or digital agency sector.
- A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating a history of solving user problems and delivering successful products.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping software.
- Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, Psychology, or a related field.
