Responsibilities
- Lead user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing for mobile and web applications
- Develop design systems and ensure consistent UI/UX implementation across products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and user journeys
- Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Conduct user interviews and translate insights into actionable design recommendations
- Mentor junior designers and champion design best practices across the organization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing complex projects
- Expertise in user research methodologies, information architecture, and interaction design
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1), and responsive design
- Experience with agile development processes and design collaboration tools
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating problem-solving process and measurable impact on user metrics
