Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to define product requirements and develop detailed user personas.
- Design and prototype high-fidelity wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD.
- Create visually stunning and accessible UI designs that align with our brand guidelines and industry best practices.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and smooth implementation.
- Maintain and evolve our comprehensive design system to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Present design concepts and strategic rationale to internal teams and clients effectively.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UX trends, technologies, and best practices.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a portfolio showcasing relevant projects and case studies.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Experience conducting user research and interpreting data to inform design decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex design decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
