Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes using tools like Figma and Adobe XD.
- Design intuitive and accessible user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and QA to ensure design feasibility and implementation.
- Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, advocating for the user's perspective.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing case studies, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic prototyping libraries is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
