Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from research to implementation using our provided design toolkit
- Conduct user interviews and usability testing with industry-standard recording equipment
- Design high-fidelity prototypes and interactive flows using Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch (all licenses provided)
- Analyze user behavior data with heatmap and session recording tools to drive design decisions
- Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of design systems
- Present design solutions to stakeholders using our advanced presentation and A/B testing tools
- Maintain and evolve our design system using our provided version control and documentation platforms
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing complex B2B SaaS products
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools (all provided by company)
- Expertise in user research methodologies including usability testing and persona development
- Strong understanding of design systems and component-based design
- Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design principles
- Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences
- Experience with data-driven design using analytics and user feedback tools
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
