Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Create design systems and maintain consistent UI patterns across web and mobile platforms
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement pixel-perfect designs
- Present design solutions to stakeholders with clear rationale and user-centered insights
- Analyze user behavior data to iterate on designs and improve conversion metrics
- Mentor junior designers and conduct design critiques to elevate team output
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field with 5+ years of UX design experience
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex B2B/B2C product design projects
- Deep understanding of user research methodologies and accessibility standards
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions
- Knowledge of front-end development fundamentals (HTML/CSS/JS)
