Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping
- Conduct user research sessions and usability testing to drive data-informed design decisions
- Develop design systems and component libraries ensuring consistency across digital touchpoints
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement pixel-perfect designs
- Create compelling design documentation and presentations for stakeholder alignment
- Mentor junior designers through design critiques and best practices workshops
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with proven portfolio of enterprise-level products
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong background in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, A/B testing)
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS and responsive design principles
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in HCI, Design, or related field
