Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver pixel-perfect designs in Figma
- Develop design systems and component libraries to ensure brand consistency
- Conduct stakeholder presentations and advocate for user-centered design principles
- Analyze user behavior data to drive continuous design improvements
- Mentor junior designers through design critiques and workshops
- Stay current with industry trends through conferences and research
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (5+ years experience)
- Portfolio demonstrating complex B2B SaaS projects with measurable results
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, card sorting)
- Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user flows
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of front-end development basics (HTML/CSS)
