Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Create design systems and maintain component libraries for cross-platform consistency
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement pixel-perfect designs
- Conduct stakeholder workshops to define user requirements and business goals
- Analyze user behavior data to iterate on design solutions and drive measurable improvements
- Present design rationale and solutions to executive leadership
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing SaaS and mobile applications
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Expertise in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, journey mapping)
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience with agile development processes and JIRA
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Certification in UX Research or Interaction Design preferred
