Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing
- Develop design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across digital platforms
- Conduct user research sessions and synthesize insights to inform design decisions
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement designs with high fidelity
- Mentor junior designers and promote design best practices
- Analyze user behavior data to continuously improve experiences
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with portfolio demonstrating complex digital product work
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and A/B testing
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
- Portfolio showcasing problem-solving process and measurable outcomes
- Experience working in agile development environments
