Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle technical recruiting for high-impact roles in AI, Robotics, and Cloud Infrastructure.
- Develop and implement aggressive sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates with future-ready skills.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering and Product leadership to forecast hiring needs and build talent pipelines for 2026.
- Enhance our employer brand as the premier destination for future-tech talent through content and engagement.
- Manage the candidate experience from initial outreach to offer negotiation, ensuring a world-class journey.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize sourcing channels and reduce time-to-hire.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in high-growth tech environments.
- Deep understanding of the technical landscape leading up to 2026, specifically in AI/ML or SaaS.
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in engineering and data science roles.
- Expert proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and advanced sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-starter mindset with a passion for identifying the next generation of technical leaders.
