Responsibilities
- Manage, maintain, and upgrade servers, virtualization environments, and network infrastructure.
- Implement and monitor security protocols to protect company data and client assets.
- Configure and troubleshoot Windows Server, Linux, and cloud-based systems (AWS/Azure).
- Automate routine tasks using scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash).
- Collaborate with the DevOps team to ensure seamless deployment and CI/CD pipelines.
- Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery planning and testing.
- Provide Tier 3 support and mentor junior administrators.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory.
- Proficiency in Linux administration and scripting.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification is a plus.
