As a key member of our IT department, you will bridge the gap between traditional server management and modern cloud technologies, supporting a diverse range of business units with robust, scalable solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain on-premise servers and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues.
- Manage Active Directory, group policies, and user access controls.
- Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions.
- Automate routine tasks using scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless deployment and integration.
- Conduct regular security audits and patch management to mitigate vulnerabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator or Network Engineer.
- Deep knowledge of Windows Server and Linux (RHEL/CentOS) administration.
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V).
- Strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- CompTIA Security+ or similar certification preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
