Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and manage on-premise and cloud-based infrastructure (Linux/Windows) to support business operations.
- Monitor system performance, analyze trends, and proactively resolve issues to ensure maximum uptime and availability.
- Implement and maintain robust cybersecurity measures, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and access controls.
- Automate routine administrative tasks using scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell) to improve efficiency.
- Lead server migrations and upgrades, ensuring zero data loss and minimal disruption to services.
- Collaborate with network engineers to optimize network architecture and connectivity.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in managing Linux (RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu) and Windows Server environments.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS or Azure.
- Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyperv.
- Scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Valid industry certifications such as CompTIA Security+, RHCE, or AWS Certified SysOps Administrator.
