Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain on-premise and cloud-based server infrastructure (Windows Server & Linux).
- Implement and enforce robust security protocols and disaster recovery plans.
- Administer Active Directory, manage user accounts, and troubleshoot access issues.
- Monitor system performance and perform regular maintenance, updates, and patch management.
- Configure and troubleshoot network hardware, firewalls, and VPN connections.
- Provide technical support and guidance to internal staff regarding hardware and software issues.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a System Administrator or Network Engineer.
- Strong expertise in Windows Server administration and Active Directory.
- Familiarity with Linux administration (Red Hat, Ubuntu, or CentOS).
- Proficiency in scripting and automation (PowerShell or Bash).
- Deep understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- CompTIA Security+ certification or equivalent experience is highly preferred.
