Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain complex network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, and VPN configurations.
- Manage and troubleshoot Windows Server and Linux environments (RHEL/CentOS).
- Implement and monitor security protocols, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems.
- Perform routine system backups, patch management, and disaster recovery planning.
- Provide advanced technical support and mentorship to junior IT staff.
- Collaborate with cloud architects to optimize hybrid cloud deployments.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience as a System Administrator or Network Engineer.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy management.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Bash.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Server+, CCNA, or RHCSA are highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
