Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain on-premise and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
- Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot Windows Server and Linux environments.
- Implement and enforce robust security protocols and compliance standards.
- Oversee network performance, hardware upgrades, and system backups.
- Automate routine tasks using scripting languages (PowerShell/Bash).
- Ensure 99.9% uptime for all critical business systems.
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and mentor junior staff members.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience as a System Administrator or Network Engineer.
- Strong proficiency in Linux (RHEL, CentOS) and Windows Server administration.
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, or KVM).
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot under pressure.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for client interactions.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
