Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Linux and Windows server environments.
- Configure and manage cloud infrastructure using AWS and Azure.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot complex network issues.
- Implement and enforce cybersecurity best practices and protocols.
- Collaborate with development teams to deploy applications and updates.
- Provide Level 3 technical support to internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience as a System Administrator or IT Support Specialist.
- Strong knowledge of scripting languages (Bash, Python, PowerShell).
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid office setting.
