Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Linux and Windows server environments, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Implement and monitor security measures, including firewalls, antivirus software, and access controls.
- Automate routine administrative tasks using scripting languages such as Python or Bash.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy software updates and system patches.
- Perform regular system audits and generate performance reports.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users and internal systems.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a System Administrator or Network Engineer.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Active Directory and virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Security+ or RHCE are a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
