Responsibilities
- Infrastructure Management: Oversee the maintenance, configuration, and reliability of Windows Server and Linux systems.
- Cloud Integration: Manage and optimize Azure and AWS cloud resources, ensuring seamless integration with on-premise environments.
- Security & Compliance: Implement and enforce IT security policies, perform vulnerability assessments, and manage patch management cycles.
- Network Support: Troubleshoot complex network issues, configure firewalls, and ensure high-speed connectivity for all departments.
- Backup & Recovery: Develop and maintain robust backup strategies to ensure data integrity and disaster recovery readiness.
- User Support: Provide advanced technical support and guidance to internal staff, acting as the Tier 2/3 escalation point.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience as a System Administrator or similar role.
- Operating Systems: Strong proficiency in Windows Server (Active Directory, GPO) and Linux (RHEL/CentOS).
- Cloud Knowledge: Hands-on experience with Azure or Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Certifications: CompTIA Server+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, or similar certifications are highly preferred.
- Networking: Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and firewall configurations.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
