Responsibilities
- Manage, monitor, and maintain Windows Server and Linux environments to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Configure and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, and VPNs.
- Implement and enforce IT security policies, including Active Directory management and access control.
- Perform regular system backups, updates, and disaster recovery testing to safeguard data integrity.
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and troubleshooting for end-users and internal teams.
- Collaborate with cloud service providers (AWS/Azure) to optimize cloud resources and deployment strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a System Administrator or in a similar IT role.
- Strong proficiency in Windows Server (2012/2016/2019/2022) and Linux administration.
- Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and Microsoft Exchange.
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell or Bash.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Server+, MCSA, or CCNA are highly preferred.
