Responsibilities
- Infrastructure Management: Oversee the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of servers, networks, and workstations.
- Cloud Integration: Manage cloud environments (Azure/AWS) and ensure seamless hybrid cloud operations.
- Security & Compliance: Implement and monitor security protocols to safeguard company data and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- System Monitoring: Proactively monitor system performance and health, conducting regular backups and disaster recovery drills.
- Technical Support: Provide advanced troubleshooting and support to end-users, resolving complex hardware and software issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience as a System Administrator or IT Support Specialist.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows Server, Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu), Active Directory, and virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V).
- Networking: Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and network security principles.
- Certifications: CompTIA Server+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate preferred.
