Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain on-premise and cloud-based server infrastructure (Linux/Windows).
- Implement and monitor security protocols to protect company data and assets.
- Provide Tier 3 support and troubleshooting for complex hardware and software issues.
- Automate routine tasks using scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to optimize CI/CD pipelines.
- Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery testing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a System Administrator.
- Expert knowledge of Linux (RHEL/CentOS) and Windows Server environments.
- Strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) or containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
