Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
- Configure and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including Cisco switches, routers, and firewalls.
- Implement and monitor robust backup solutions (Veeam) to ensure data integrity and disaster recovery.
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support and resolve complex end-user hardware/software issues.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to automate deployment processes and improve efficiency.
- Conduct regular security audits, patch management, and vulnerability assessments.
- Document IT infrastructure, configurations, and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a System Administrator or Network Engineer.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server (2016/2019/2022), Linux (RHEL/CentOS), and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CCNA, or MCSA are highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
