Responsibilities
- Lead incident response and threat hunting operations for enterprise clients
- Develop and implement security monitoring strategies using Splunk/SIEM
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on cloud infrastructure
- Create executive-level threat intelligence reports and mitigation roadmaps
- Mentor junior analysts through weekly knowledge-sharing sessions
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement zero-trust architectures
- Stay current on emerging threats through continuous research
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Cybersecurity or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in cybersecurity with 2+ in threat detection/response
- Certified CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+
- Expertise in AWS/Azure security services and compliance frameworks
- Strong Python scripting and automation skills
- Experience with NIST and ISO 27001 standards
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent written communication for executive reporting
