Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage on-premise server infrastructure and cloud environments (AWS/Azure).
- Oversee Active Directory administration, Group Policy, and identity management lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts (Python, Bash, PowerShell) to streamline IT operations and reduce manual errors.
- Enforce stringent security protocols, including firewall management, patching, and intrusion detection systems.
- Lead disaster recovery planning and execute regular system backups to ensure business continuity.
- Collaborate with development teams to optimize application performance and infrastructure scalability.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and mentorship to junior system administrators.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a System Administrator or DevOps Engineer.
- Deep expertise in Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Linux (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu).
- Strong proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Valid cloud certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator, or Google Cloud) are highly preferred.
- Experience with virtualization technologies like VMware or Hyper-V.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
