Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows Server and Linux environments, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
- Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, and identity management systems.
- Configure and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Implement and manage cloud solutions (AWS/Azure) and virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V).
- Develop and maintain robust backup and disaster recovery strategies.
- Enforce security protocols and compliance standards to protect sensitive data.
- Provide Tier 3 support and mentor junior administrators.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a System Administrator or in a similar IT role.
- Strong proficiency in Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Linux (RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu).
- Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
- Knowledge of scripting and automation (PowerShell, Python, or Bash).
- Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, MCSE, or AWS Certified SysAdmin are highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
