Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and maintain Linux/Windows servers and virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Monitor system performance using tools like Nagios and Zabbix; troubleshoot network issues
- Implement security protocols and ensure compliance with SOC 2 standards
- Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and container orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Automate workflows using Python/Ansible and maintain CI/CD pipelines
- Provide Tier 3 support for enterprise applications and storage systems
- Document IT processes and create disaster recovery plans
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise system administration
- Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and networking fundamentals
- Certification in CompTIA Linux+/Windows Server or equivalent
- Proficiency with scripting (Bash/PowerShell) and infrastructure-as-code
- Experience with cloud migration and hybrid architecture
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service focus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
