Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain on-premise servers (Windows Server 2019/2022) and virtualization environments (VMware/Hyper-V).
- Configure and troubleshoot complex network infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, and VPNs.
- Implement and enforce security protocols, including Active Directory (AD) administration, Identity Management, and access controls.
- Monitor system performance, analyze logs, and perform regular backups and disaster recovery testing.
- Automate routine tasks using scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash) to improve operational efficiency.
- Provide technical support to internal stakeholders and assist in the deployment of software updates.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a System Administrator or in a similar IT role.
- Strong proficiency in Windows Server environments and Linux administration.
- Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and network troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies and scripting (PowerShell preferred).
- Certifications such as CompTIA Server+, Network+, or MCSA are a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
