Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain on-premise servers, virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V), and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
- Implement and enforce robust cybersecurity protocols and backup strategies to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Lead the troubleshooting and resolution of complex hardware and software issues across the enterprise network.
- Automate routine tasks using scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell) to increase operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with development teams to deploy applications and manage CI/CD pipelines.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance monitoring to identify potential bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a System Administrator or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Linux (RHEL, Ubuntu) and Windows Server environments.
- Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and firewall management.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or VCP are highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
