Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain on-premise and cloud-based IT infrastructure.
- Oversee server management, including Linux (RHEL/CentOS) and Windows Server environments.
- Implement and monitor security protocols to protect company assets and data privacy.
- Automate routine tasks and workflows using scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for critical system outages and performance issues.
- Manage user access, Active Directory, and identity management solutions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience as a System Administrator or Network Engineer.
- Strong expertise in Linux administration and Windows Server management.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, AWS Solutions Architect, or Azure Administrator are highly preferred.
- Proficiency in scripting (Python or Bash) and configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef).
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
