What You Will Do:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our server infrastructure, ensuring 99.99% uptime.
- Design, implement, and maintain complex Active Directory environments and Group Policy strategies.
- Manage hybrid cloud environments, with a focus on AWS and Azure integration.
- Automate routine tasks using PowerShell and Bash scripting to improve efficiency.
- Conduct rigorous security audits and vulnerability assessments to protect sensitive data.
- Lead the troubleshooting process for critical system failures and performance bottlenecks.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional experience as a System Administrator or Network Engineer.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
- Deep knowledge of Windows Server, Linux (RHEL/CentOS), and virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V).
- Strong proficiency in scripting languages like PowerShell and Python.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Server+, CCNA, or AWS Certified SysOps Administrator are highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain on-premise servers and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
- Configure and troubleshoot Windows Server, Linux, and Active Directory.
- Implement robust security protocols and conduct regular vulnerability assessments.
- Automate system administration tasks using PowerShell and scripting.

- Collaborate with network engineering teams to optimize network connectivity.
- Provide technical documentation and support to internal users.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent IT experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in System Administration.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows Server and Linux environments.
