Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Windows Server and Linux environments across 500+ endpoints
- Implement and maintain AWS/GCP cloud infrastructure and automation tools
- Oversee Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP services with 99.9% uptime SLA
- Lead disaster recovery planning and cybersecurity incident response
- Collaborate with DevOps teams using Ansible, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines
- Document IT infrastructure and create SOPs for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- 5+ years of system administration experience with Windows/Linux
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and IaaS/PaaS services
- Certification required: CompTIA Security+ or equivalent
- Proficiency in PowerShell, Python, and automation scripting
- Strong knowledge of network protocols and security best practices
- Experience with VMware vSphere and Hyper-V virtualization
- Ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues under pressure
