Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Windows/Linux server environments including Active Directory, VMware, and Azure
- Manage cloud infrastructure with Azure AD, O365, and AWS services
- Oversee network security protocols, firewalls, and endpoint protection systems
- Develop disaster recovery plans and conduct regular system backups
- Automate workflows using PowerShell/Python and configuration management tools
- Provide Tier 3 support and mentor junior IT staff
Qualifications
- 5+ years of system administration experience with Windows Server and Linux
- Expertise in virtualization (VMware ESXi/Hyper-V) and cloud platforms
- Certifications (CompTIA Server+, MCSA, or AWS Solutions Architect) preferred
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, or Bash)
- Experience with network security and compliance frameworks
- Proven ability to document processes and create technical documentation
