Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Windows Server environments (2016/2019) and Active Directory infrastructure
- Oversee cloud infrastructure including AWS/Azure services and hybrid networking solutions
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols including firewalls, VPNs, and endpoint protection
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and lead disaster recovery planning
- Automate system administration tasks using PowerShell and scripting tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects and system migrations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise system administration
- Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy
- Strong knowledge of virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and cloud platforms
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix) and scripting (PowerShell/Python)
