Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise-level Windows/Linux server environments with 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Manage Azure/AWS cloud infrastructure including VMs, networking, and security groups
- Lead Active Directory domain administration and group policy optimization
- Execute disaster recovery procedures and conduct quarterly DR drills
- Automate deployment pipelines using PowerShell/Ansible and Terraform
- Monitor system performance using Splunk/SolarWinds and optimize resource allocation
- Mentor junior sysadmins and document SOPs for compliance audits
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Windows Server administration (2016/2019) with Active Directory expertise
- AWS/Azure certification (Solutions Architect/DevOps Engineer preferred)
- Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Python) and infrastructure-as-code tools
- Experience with VMware ESXi and hyper-converged infrastructure
- Strong understanding of network security (firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS)
- ITIL v4 foundation certification or equivalent experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
