Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Linux/Windows server environments supporting 500+ users
- Manage cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure with Terraform automation
- Lead security hardening initiatives including vulnerability patching and compliance audits
- Provide Tier-3 support for complex network issues involving Cisco/Juniper hardware
- Develop disaster recovery plans with RTO/RPO metrics and quarterly testing
- Mentor junior sysadmins through our structured growth program
Qualifications
- 5+ years administering enterprise-level systems in production environments
- Expertise in Active Directory, VMware vSphere, and container orchestration
- Certifications in AWS/Azure or equivalent cloud platform experience required
- Strong scripting skills (Python/PowerShell) for automation solutions
- Experience with monitoring tools like Nagios or Datadog
- CI/CD pipeline implementation using Jenkins/GitLab
