Responsibilities
- Infrastructure Management: Oversee the maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of server hardware, virtualization environments, and network systems.
- Cloud Administration: Manage and optimize Azure and AWS cloud resources, including IAM policies and resource provisioning.
- Security Compliance: Implement and maintain security protocols, manage Active Directory (AD) environments, and conduct regular vulnerability assessments.
- User Support: Provide advanced technical support to end-users, resolving complex hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Backup & Disaster Recovery: Design and execute data backup strategies and disaster recovery plans to minimize downtime.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience as a System Administrator or IT Support Specialist.
- Operating Systems: Proficient in Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Linux (RHEL/CentOS).
- Networking: Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and firewall configurations.
- Scripting: Experience with PowerShell or Bash scripting for automation.
- Certifications: CompTIA Security+ or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff.
