Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain robust Windows/Linux server environments supporting 500+ users
- Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) including VM provisioning, load balancing, and security configurations
- Oversee network operations including firewalls, VPNs, and SD-WAN solutions
- Lead disaster recovery planning and execute system restoration drills
- Automate deployment processes using Ansible/Terraform and CI/CD pipelines
- Provide Tier-3 support resolution for complex system incidents
- Conduct security audits and implement compliance frameworks (SOC2, HIPAA)
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Windows Server 2019/2022 and Linux administration
- Expertise in AWS/Azure services with proven migration experience
- Certifications: CompTIA Security+ or equivalent, and one of: MCSA, RHCE, or CCNP
- Advanced knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and enterprise networking
- Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Python/Bash) for automation
- Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds)
- Strong troubleshooting skills with ability to diagnose complex system issues
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
