Responsibilities
- Architect, deploy, and optimize Linux/Windows server environments with 99.99% uptime
- Manage cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure with IaC best practices
- Lead security hardening and compliance initiatives (SOC2, ISO 27001)
- Automate deployment pipelines using Ansible/Terraform and CI/CD tools
- Monitor performance using Splunk/Prometheus and proactively resolve bottlenecks
- Coordinate disaster recovery and business continuity testing
- Mentor junior engineers and document operational procedures
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in enterprise system administration
- Expert-level proficiency in Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu) and Active Directory
- AWS/Azure certifications (SAA/AZ-800) or equivalent experience
- Strong scripting skills (Python/Bash/PowerShell)
- Deep knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN)
- Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Proven track record in 24/7 production environments
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
