Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end automation frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright
- Lead test strategy development for cloud-native SaaS applications and microservices
- Execute performance, security, and usability testing across multi-platform environments
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate CI/CD pipelines with QA workflows
- Mentor junior QA engineers and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Document test cases, defects, and QA processes in JIRA and Confluence
- Analyze metrics to identify quality gaps and propose data-driven solutions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of QA experience with 3+ years in automation testing
- Expertise in JavaScript/Python and experience with test automation frameworks
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices
- Certified Professional Tester (CSTP) or ISTQB Advanced Level preferred
- Experience testing RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints
- Proficiency in performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Demonstrated success in scaling QA processes for high-growth startups
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
